Poster presentations are accepted.
Posters should be prepared as 70 cm (width) x 90 cm (height)
Posters will be exhibited on the allocated poster boards and on dates and that will be announced by the organizing committee. Posters will be hung and taken down at certain hours. The organizing committee takes no responsibility of the posters that are not taken down on time.

Certificate of Participation

All participants of the congress, with the exception of paid companions, will be awarded a certificate of participation

Participants who would like to attend the conference with a stand, exhibition etc. should contact Humanitas Tour

Terms of Cancellation

In case of cancelling Participation or Accommodation before Jan 14th, 2011; 50% of the fee minus the remittance fee will be refunded. There will be no refunds for cancellations after the specified date. 

Weather Conditions

Average weather temperature in Antalya in March is 15 ºC min. and 25 ºC max.

Transportation
Starlight Hotel & Convention Center Hotel is located 80 km away from Antalya Airport. There will be paid shuttles running between the Airport and the Hotel in line with flight arrival hours. Please let Humanitas Tour know your arrival hour at least 5 days in advance. Contact Humanitas Tour for detailed information.

Transfer

Antalya Airport – Starlight Hotel or Starlight Hotel – Antalya Airport

One-way : 40,00 € + VAT (18%)

Round-trip: 80,00 € + VAT (18%)

VIP Transfer (One-way): 100,00 € + VAT (18%)

Prices above will be applied on trips from Antalya Airport to Starlight Hotel and from Starlight Hotel to Antalya Airport. There will be shuttles for these transfers. Shuttle schedules and other details are given below.

* Shuttles from the airport to Starlight Hotel will leave after 30 min. of flight arrival.

* Shuttle transfers from the airport to the hotel will begin at 8:00 pm on March 15^th, 2011. The transfers will end at 4:00 pm on March 16^th, 2011. Transfer demands outside of this schedule will be regarded as VIP transfers.

* Shuttle transfers from the hotel to the airport will be run in accordance with the schedule announced on the TRANSFER BOARD.

* Shuttle transfers from the hotel to the airport will be made between 09:00 am to 5:00pm on March 20^th, 2011. Transfer demands outside of this schedule will be regarded as VIP transfers.
