The official language of the Congress is Turkish. (There will be simultaneous translation in English)
Submissions
Submissions are acceptable as poster.
Dimensions of posters should be 100 cm in length and 70 cm in width.
Posters could be sent as on-line by the web site. Other way, posters can be sent by email. If you want to send by mailing, it should be in MS Word format.

Opportunities for Presentation
Presentations will be made by using projection. Presentation Check Room will service for lecturers during the congress.
Participation Certificate
All participants who registered will take participation certificate except accompanying person.
Stands and Exhibitions
Please contact with the congress secretariat until 30 January 2006 if you want to be participate in stands and exhibitions activities.
Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation registration or accommodation, a written notification should be sent to the Congress Secretariat. If received before February 15, 2009, 50 % the participant fee will be refunded after congress. On or after February 15, 2009, a cancellation fee corresponding to the entire participant fee will be charged.
Weather conditions
The weather temperature is min 15șC - max 25 șC in April.
Transportation
There will be transportation between Airport - Kremlin Palace Hotel - Airports according to the flights. Please contact with Present Tour about transportation fees.
