Invitation Letter
An invitation letter can be prepared for participants who will participate in
the 15th DAS Congress with International Participation to be presented to their
institutions. If requested, the relevant letter will be sent to the participant
through the organization secretariat. Invitation letters are prepared only for
the purpose of permission procedures for congress participation.
Participation Certificate
All participants who register for the congress will be given a participation
certificate.
• In order for company representatives to participate in the congress, they must
sponsor at least one unit stand.
• Company representatives who want to participate in the congress without stand
sponsorship must bring at least 15 participants to the congress.
• During the congress, stand setup and dismantling operations and transportation
of materials to the stand area are the responsibility of the companies.
