EXTERNAL PARTICIPATION FEES

• The external participant fee applies to participants or company representatives who do not book their accommodation through Humanitas MICE. Therefore, the hotel will charge an external participation fee to participants who do not book accommodation. Access to the congress hotel is prohibited unless the fee is paid. External participants are responsible for paying the daily participation fee and the registration fee. The fee covers all food and beverage services offered at the congress center between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM during the congress. The external participant fee does not apply to the gala dinner.
